Essential Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Certifications in concrete, hot-mix, and materials sampling.
  • American Concrete Institute (ACI) Certification.
  • Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Certification.
