Job Title: Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the production process. This includes conducting thorough inspections, measurements, and visual checks to verify dimensional requirements, hole placement, and overall dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and measurements to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Verify location and fit-up of pieces using measuring equipment
  • Interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to ensure accurate implementation
  • Assist in training production staff on quality control standards
  • Measure and inspect weldments for final acceptance
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication and training skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
