The dynamic nature of our projects necessitates self-driven individuals who are eager to devise solutions independently or collaborate within a team of highly skilled professionals.

Project team members have the chance to engage with senior management of our clients and enhance their expertise in technical skills, business development, client relations, leadership, project management, and talent development.

This entry-level position will support government agencies tasked with safeguarding the nation's transportation systems, preparing for and responding to emergencies, and addressing other national security priorities.

Individuals will participate in a diverse array of project-specific tasks that encompass a wide range of program and project management consulting capabilities, including:

  • Assisting clients in designing, developing, launching, and refining new projects and programs aimed at fulfilling their strategic goals and mission.
  • Helping clients identify, develop, and implement performance metrics and evaluation tools to monitor program effectiveness and assess whether objectives are being met.
  • Assisting clients in analyzing projects and programs to pinpoint risks and aid in the development, application, and monitoring of mitigation strategies.
  • Documenting and assessing business processes while providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Creating various communications, from informal emails to formal memos, presentations, and executive briefings.
  • Supporting clients in data collection and analysis, producing models and visualizations, and deriving insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Analyzing and assisting in the development and improvement of policies and procedures for various programs and operational needs.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, this entry-level role will contribute to vital activities that promote business growth, strengthen internal operations, and foster a positive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities include:

  • Engaging in business development activities, such as identifying potential client needs and exploring how our company can assist, developing proposals, and participating in client and internal meetings.
  • Participating in coaching and mentoring programs for staff.
  • Assisting in the creation of learning and development materials, courses, and presentations to help employees enhance their skills.
  • Supporting recruitment initiatives to attract top talent to the organization.

Security Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, Secret, or higher level of federal/government security clearance.
Citizenship: US Citizenship is required for security clearance.
Education: Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution is required.

Preferred Fields of Study: Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, and related disciplines.

Skills: Familiarity with Windows or UNIX, databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL), vulnerability management tools (e.g., Nessus), and configuration management tools is beneficial. Understanding of project management principles and phases (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure) is also valuable.
