Office Administrator Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at CHEP. As an Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our leadership and staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in our warehouse and office.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for completing shipping and receiving paperwork, data entry and reporting requirements, distributing company information, and coordinating employee events. Additionally, they will assist with HR administrative tasks, maintain confidentiality, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities- Complete shipping and receiving paperwork for inbound and outbound loads.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly data entry and reporting requirements for the warehouse.
- Distribute company information, such as newsletters and employee recognition.
- Partner with plant leadership to coordinate and organize employee events.
- Responsible for HR administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's degree or higher preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support function, preferably in a warehouse environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Previous timekeeping experience and knowledge of local and federal payroll laws would be an asset. Experience with Kronos and Workday, or other HR systems, would also be beneficial.
