Your Role
As an Elegant Sales Specialist, you will engage customers warmly, promptly address their needs, and contribute to a sophisticated shopping experience. You play a vital role in ensuring that customers receive an exceptional experience on the sales floor. Additionally, you may undertake various customer service responsibilities to support the store team. You will report to a Sales Manager and work on-site.

What You'll Do

  • Champion an Outstanding Customer Experience throughout the store, ensuring clients are welcomed and acknowledged.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions across service levels based on customer preferences and interests.
  • Contribute to the team's success by enhancing and expediting the customer experience and supporting fitting room services when available.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate client advisor based on their service requirements.
  • Elevate the customer experience by introducing our offerings such as alterations, personalization, food or beverage services, package carry-out, or delivery options.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience in customer service-oriented positions with the ability to merchandise effectively.
  • Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
