We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our non-traditional generic marketing initiatives. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing solutions that differentiate Teva in generic markets.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop and communicate a clear plan to drive business growth and identify key segments, growth opportunities, and priorities.
- Innovate and Advance: Identify markets and products in Teva's generic pipeline that require non-traditional marketing efforts to be successful and develop innovative go-to-market strategies.
- Financial Ownership: Operate with a financial mindset and oversee departmental budget(s) to optimize product P&L.
- Connect and Communicate: Partner with colleagues to develop and utilize analytical measurements to analyze effectiveness of plans and tactics.
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience or relevant brand management experience
- Preferred Experience: Experience in Generic and/or CPG marketing/commercial operations, pharmaceutical experience outside of marketing function, and experience with non-personal promotion/digital marketing
