About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Congress Planning to support the delivery of all prioritized congresses to support Teva Innovative Medicines (IM) in delivering their strategic priorities.

This role ensures seamless delivery of congress logistics and vendor management to strengthen Teva's position and reach across our portfolio products.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing complex cross-matrix projects, teams, and large-scale global conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advance the function with the implementation of designed strategies and tactics, policies and procedures.
  • Provide direction and support on budgeting, planning, and execution along with the reconciliation of expenses for all events associated with healthcare meetings & congresses.
  • Support delivery of the US Congress strategy and partner with the portfolio and brand leads to operationalize the overall congress strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in the implementation of enterprise-wide solutions to optimize Teva's planning and execution across all priority congresses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years pharmaceutical experience in commercial roles, i.e. Sales, Training, Marketing, Analytics, Patient Services or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex cross-matrix projects teams and/or large-scale global conferences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-department budgets, PO processes and Vendor management.
  • Logistics experience and knowledge of logistics planning systems.
