Sales Development Representative

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to support our commercial sales team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a consultative sales approach to develop sales opportunities and solve problems for existing and potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems; consultative sales.
- Collaborate with management and service technicians to achieve sales objectives.
- Estimate, detail, and submit final proposals to customers.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Requirements:
- Possess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systems.
- Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers.
- Experience with blue prints/plans and specs (preferred).
- Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
- References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to be successful.
- Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
