About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximize new business opportunities with physicians and other health service providers
  • Presentation of therapeutic products and creative teaching of people about their usage
  • Engage in meaningful dialogue that addresses the needs of the health provider and patient
  • Build trust and credibility and become a true collaborator in commercial success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5+ years' PCP sales experience
  • Experience and relationships in territory
  • Documented track record of success
  • Confident/Dynamic personality
  • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced course work in Business/Sales Management
  • B2B sales experience
