We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at iBusiness Solutions. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Administrative Tasks: Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail, manage inventory of office supplies, and perform other administrative support tasks as needed.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
- Communication: Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- QuickBooks Management: Manage and maintain QuickBooks, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
Requirements
- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate Microsoft Office suite.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
