Job Title: Lead Construction Project Manager

Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 DOE

About the Role:

Our client, a leading name in the construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial, healthcare, retail, or education construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies to ensure successful delivery from conception to completion.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to all stakeholders, maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing commercial, healthcare, retail, or education construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, safety standards, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
