Key Responsibilities- Analyze Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and create comprehensive responses that meet all requirements.
- Collaborate with our Proposal Manager to ensure proposals are well-structured and effectively communicate our organization's value proposition.
- Conduct research on competitors and gather information about our services and programs to inform proposal development.
- Work with our leadership team to identify key themes and success factors for proposals.
- Develop engaging proposal content, including features, benefits, and graphics that showcase our organization's capabilities.
- Approach challenges collaboratively and find solutions as a team to ensure proposal success.
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in proposal writing or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully responding to RFPs and grants at a federal and state level.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and commercial proposal processes, including research and analysis.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes professional growth.
