Job Title: Center Administrator

About the Role:
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care and services.
  • Manage center budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve operational excellence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and community partners to promote center services and programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, management, or leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams, managing budgets, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
