Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Ring Concierge team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for creating positive and memorable experiences for our clients, building brand loyalty, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to clients
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the luxury accessories industry
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance to ensure a high-quality shopping environment
  • Support the leadership team in driving sales, client engagement, and operational excellence
  • Model flexibility and reliability by working varied hours and days to meet business needs

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service and/or retail experience, preferably in luxury accessories or bridal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Comfortable working with/using a ladder and lifting up to 50lbs
  • Active floor presence, including standing and walking for extended periods
