  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the optical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Intermediate skills with general PC usage and applications, particularly Excel, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience calling on eye care professionals.
  • Experience promoting vision care products.
  • Current territory management experience with a quota assignment.
  • Demonstrated job progression in a sales or marketing role.

  • Competitive base pay range of $75,000 to $80,000.
