Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the post-offer process.
  • Coordinate post-offer background screening and related items, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Update and maintain candidate statuses in our applicant tracking system.
  • Track progress of candidates throughout the hiring process, providing proactive follow-up communications as needed.
  • Send welcome emails and new hire communications, ensuring a positive first impression for new employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1 year relevant work experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
