We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at TruGreen. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the post-offer process.
- Coordinate post-offer background screening and related items, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Update and maintain candidate statuses in our applicant tracking system.
- Track progress of candidates throughout the hiring process, providing proactive follow-up communications as needed.
- Send welcome emails and new hire communications, ensuring a positive first impression for new employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 1 year relevant work experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems a plus.
