Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator for Senior Management to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating projects. You will also prepare and edit presentations using Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring that all materials are accurate and professionally presented. Additionally, you will use advanced organization skills to maintain files, records, and other documents, create and track meeting minutes, and arrange travel for executives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive administrative assistant role, preferably within the medical industry, and have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $70,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Health insurance, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Tuition Reimbursement Program, HSA, FSA, Dependent Care Flex Spending Account, Life, AD&D, & AFLAC Plans, Paid Vacation/Holidays, and Paid Sick Leave.
