Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biopharma Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a territory and account-specific sales plan to meet sales quotas. You will also deliver technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Advanced Cell Diagnostics products and their capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a territory and account-specific sales plan
  • Execute the plan to meet sales quotas
  • Deliver technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Advanced Cell Diagnostics products and their capabilities
  • Effectively prospect and generate new customer leads
  • Utilize and maintain knowledge of Advanced Cell Diagnostics product portfolio and provide consultation to customers
  • Partner cross-functionally to address the needs of customer base
  • Engage customers in both simple and complex sales environments
  • Develop and maintain strong customer connections at various levels in the customer organization
  • Successfully navigate representing new technology and ACD brand
  • Engage in accurate forecasting and activities
Qualifications
  • BSc in Molecular Biology or related life science/genetics field
  • 5+ years commercial science Sales experience, particularly directed toward Pharmaceutical & Biotech Companies
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, persistent, consummate new customer recruitment personality constantly striving for personal growth
  • Cell & Gene Therapy/RNAi/ASO/CRO or Selling Services experience a plus
About the Role

This role is responsible for covering the entire state of PA and DE. You will be working with a wide range of customers, from Pharmaceutical and Biotech companies to research institutions. You will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to meet sales quotas, as well as delivering technical/scientific seminars and presentations on Advanced Cell Diagnostics products and their capabilities.
