About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Biopharma Sales Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet/exceed sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key partners
  • Provide education and create awareness about our client's products
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate sales leads and grow the business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum) required
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Documented, proven track record of success
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a virtual environment
  • Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel sales
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of dermatology sales experience
  • Referral-based sales experience
