Job Overview

Key Responsibilities for Site Construction Manager:
  • Direct and oversee all on-site construction operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing direction and support to enhance productivity and ensure safety.
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies to uphold a secure work environment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of construction progress, identifying potential challenges and implementing solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including project reports, daily logs, and progress updates.
  • Willingness to relocate to New Mexico is essential (travel home weekly will be covered) until project completion.

The Ideal Candidate

A successful Site Construction Manager will possess:
