We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Support Specialist to join our team at Shangri-La. As a Regional Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to individuals with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) in residential programs. This role requires a strong understanding of individual support plans and behavior support plans, as well as the ability to work effectively with various teams and individuals within the agency.
Key Responsibilities- Implement individual support plans and behavior support plans in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules
- Provide direct care to individuals with SMI in residential programs
- Interface professionally with various teams and individuals within the agency
- Perform all duties in accordance with State of Oregon Administrative Rules
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background check screening
- Paid training provided, including Oregon Intervention System (OIS), CPR and First Aid, Medication Administration, and more
