Job Title: Direct Support Professional - Mental Health

Shangri-La is seeking a qualified Direct Support Professional - Mental Health to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional - Mental Health, you will be responsible for delivering services to individuals residing in a Residential Treatment Home following a personalized service plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct supportive services to residents of the home who experience severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housing Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community resources.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current Oregon Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background check screening.
  • Minimum of one (1) year education and/or experience in mental illness, emotional/behavioral difficulties, or other related conditions.
