Solar Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to join our team at ProSolar Systems Caribbean. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and growth.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure ProSolar Systems Caribbean remains competitive and innovative.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
