Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Inventory Manager to join our team at The Estee Lauder Companies. As a key member of our sales and inventory management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless execution of sales and inventory plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and inventory plans to drive business growth and optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales and inventory plans
  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and develop strategies to address them
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and inventory data, including sales forecasts, inventory levels, and shipment schedules
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and supply chain partners
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and inventory management, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing inventory levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with ability to understand business drivers and develop strategies to address them
