About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Expert to join our team at Sweve Tech Ltd. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Communication: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate solutions.
  • Issue Resolution and Follow-Up: Resolve customer complaints effectively by determining the root cause and offering appropriate resolutions. Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Product Knowledge and Assistance: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Guide customers through product features, usage, and maintenance, assisting with installation and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Report recurring issues, customer feedback, and improvement opportunities to the Customer Service Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or remote support is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer skills; familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; excellent problem-solving abilities; and attention to detail.
