We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team as a Sales Consultant at Renewal by Andersen. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers improve the quality of their homes with our premium window and door products and services.

Earn Up to $150,000 Per Year

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guiding our customers through a world-class customer service experience. You will provide estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in-home or outside sales
  • Valid driver's license
  • Flexible schedule to meet customer needs
  • A proven track record of closing sales
  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
  • Self-motivation and results-driven
  • Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking skills
  • Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment
  • Experience with Apple products preferred
