  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with diverse teams. Partner with product managers, designers, and other key stakeholders to align development initiatives with broader company goals and user needs.
  • Industry Knowledge and Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends. Utilize cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive advantage.

Your Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Java and contemporary database systems.
  • Significant experience with cloud services (preferably Azure) and DevOps practices to support scalable application development.
  • A minimum of 7 years of full-stack development experience in React and Java, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Extensive experience in application security, identity management, and authentication solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in software and API design, with a portfolio showcasing scalable and maintainable applications.
  • Comprehensive experience in automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure code quality and application reliability.
  • Experience in leading development teams, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, with a strong interest in keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with private asset-backed finance is advantageous, with a willingness to engage deeply in this innovative field.
