Responsibilities
We are excited to offer a role within our Raleigh, NC team as a Senior Project Architect. You will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative culture within our Page offices.
Page seeks a project architect to lead and technically execute healthcare-related projects.
Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, leading, conducting, and coordinating work on healthcare projects of various scopes.
Collaborate effectively both in-person and virtually across offices and disciplines to ensure successful project delivery.
Balance the competing interests of planning, design, and technical requirements to meet project goals.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Assess internal staffing needs and develop work plans for team members.
Support the Project Director in establishing, maintaining, and achieving financial objectives for projects.

Encourage the use of innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance the quality of work; stay informed about new technologies, changes in building codes, and industry advancements.

Engage actively in business development initiatives, including client outreach and participation in networking events and conferences.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the development of future architects.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Architecture or equivalent.
A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience.
Registered Architect preferred.
Experience in Academic, Data Center, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Science & Technology sectors is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of architectural practices, as well as building, healthcare, and life safety codes.
Technical expertise in building assemblies.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and medical space planning.
Proficient in Revit software.
Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
