Job Title: Director of Portfolio Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Portfolio Management to lead our product ideation, selection, prioritization, portfolio analytics, and competitive market landscaping efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for growing our pipeline and portfolio utilizing the ANDA and 505(b)(2) regulatory pathway.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product pipeline and portfolio, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and develop new product opportunities, leveraging market intelligence and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement portfolio strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, manufacturers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure seamless execution of portfolio strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as science, finance, business, or regulatory affairs.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in portfolio management, with a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, regulatory affairs, clinical, medical affairs, or intellectual property management.
  • Experience with 505(b)(2) products and ex-US markets is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
