Position Overview:
The Director of ERP and CRM is a pivotal role within the IT leadership team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Business Applications. This position demands extensive expertise in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and MS Dynamics 365 CRM, along with a proven track record of over 5 years in managing these applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with functional leaders to develop and implement Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM roadmaps.
2. Oversee the successful execution of the ERP and CRM project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Establish and lead the creation of technical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
4. Organize and manage a highly skilled global team to support business applications.
5. Implement a technology risk management framework that includes information security and disaster recovery.
6. Foster a culture of partnership and continuous improvement while meeting service level commitments.
7. Manage significant capital and operational budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
8. Guide and mentor the ERP and CRM team, supporting their professional development.
9. Coordinate end-user training and assist with the development of system documentation.
10. Act as the primary technical expert for MS Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM, ensuring optimal system functionality.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex systems implementation projects.
- Functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM capabilities.
- Expertise in integrating third-party solutions with Dynamics 365.
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Over 12 years of application management experience, including 2+ years in a large international organization.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven ability to create comprehensive system and process documentation.
- Exceptional customer service skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Compensation:
The salary for this role ranges from USD 140,000 to USD 210,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work arrangements.
