Job Summary:

As an Assistant Manager at SVS Vision, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our optical stores. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the sales floor, manage staff, and provide coaching and training to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide a unique and excellent customer service experience for each patient, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Optical Sales: Meet and exceed store sales goals by promoting optical products and services to customers.
  • Staff Management: Assign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to staff, coach, train, and develop employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including managing employee payroll hours, enforcing corporate policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management, highlighting sales trends, customer feedback, and staff performance.

  • Communication Skills: Possess professional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sales transactions, customer interactions, and store operations.
