Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parking Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our parking office, including managing cash transactions, overseeing parking supplies and inventory, and providing excellent customer service to tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

* Manage daily cash transactions and reconcile daily and monthly reports
* Oversee parking supplies and inventory, including ordering and stocking
* Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Work closely with location staff and supervisor to ensure smooth operations
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1 year of similar experience preferred
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Driver's license required
