Lot Checker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Lot Checker to join our team at Diamond Parking. As a Lot Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of our parking lot operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checks of parking lots to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Accurately record and handle cash and cash equivalents, including theater tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers, vendors, and colleagues.
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform data entry and complete required paperwork.
• Identify and report any maintenance or clean-up requirements.
• Protect company property and equipment from damage or loss.
• Patrol the area to prevent thefts from parked automobiles.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and handle cash accurately.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
