Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Tru by Hilton Ashland. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Process transactions, handle cash and credit payments, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to ensure accurate information is provided to guests
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
