Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at DPDHL. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving product or service problems, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information.
  • Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Assist with order and product management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
  • 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred.
