In the role of Product Brand Strategist, you will work closely with various departments, including Nutrition, Sales, Purchasing, and Production, to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our organizational objectives. This is a perfect opportunity for an innovative, strategic thinker eager to create a significant impact in a dynamic, growth-focused company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute brand positioning strategies that foster growth and enhance customer engagement.
  • Direct communication strategies, encompassing advertising, content creation, and promotional activities.
  • Advocate for product line development and oversee creative packaging projects.
  • Evaluate and interpret key performance indicators and campaign outcomes, ensuring flexibility to refine strategies and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to encourage innovation and ensure timely delivery of brand initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of proven brand management experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional creative, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Skilled in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Adobe CC, digital marketing platforms, and data analytics software (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
