Key Responsibilities
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to assess the success of marketing strategies and provide regular updates to partners regarding key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Brand Management: Safeguard and manage the law firm's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Supervise the firm's digital marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Online Presence Management: Monitor and enhance the firm's visibility on Google My Business and other professional directories.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate in producing engaging and informative content, including articles, blog posts, and case studies, to establish the firm's expertise.
  • Project Management: Create and maintain project timelines, track milestones for various campaigns, and assist in executing marketing projects.
  • Client Engagement: Develop and implement marketing strategies focused on client relationships to improve retention and encourage referrals.
  • Print Marketing: Oversee the production of print marketing materials, including advertisements and brochures.
  • Performance Tracking: Employ tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of each marketing channel and generate reports to communicate results to firm leadership.
  • Technology Management: Assist in optimizing the use of CRM software and other marketing technologies.
  • Website and Social Media Management: Ensure the firm's website and social media platforms are regularly updated with relevant content and analytics.
  • Monthly Reporting: Compile and present monthly statistics on website and social media performance, suggesting optimization strategies.
Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in various marketing strategies and channels.
  • Experience with marketing management technologies, including CRMs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Passionate about staying informed on industry trends in legal marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and public relations.
