Job Summary:

The Strategic Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships for C850 Tarkett USA Inc. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and engaging with existing customers to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales teams to improve performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure C850 Tarkett USA Inc. remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales growth
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
