Lead Sales Trainer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Lead Sales Trainer in Cleveland, Ohio. As a key player in this role, you will be responsible for shaping training strategies, setting goals, and guiding our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance sales performance and team growth
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead-generation strategies to drive company expansion
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports to assess sales activities, monitor progress, and plan for future objectives effectively
  • Establish sales strategies and goals to meet predetermined sales targets efficiently
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to streamline operations and optimize overall sales performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales management or leadership roles
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and leadership skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or in a leadership role in the sales department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and inspire team members
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation:

$150,000 at plan earnings
