Customer Service Lead

The Customer Service Lead is a key member of the FedEx Office and Print Services team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores. This role requires a strong consultative approach, with the ability to anticipate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage production flow to ensure all orders are completed efficiently and accurately
Provide expert advice on FedEx Office products and services, including print, signs, and shipping solutions
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and services
Ensure quality control and accuracy in all production orders
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, including training and development opportunities
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education
2+ years of specialized experience in customer service or retail management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
