Position Summary:

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative assistance to our team while ensuring our guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications and phone calls for the Race Director and coaching personnel
  • Oversee the processing of new and existing memberships
  • Handle locker assignments efficiently
  • Ensure accurate management of all financial transactions related to memberships and lockers, reconciling with accounting
  • Communicate with clubs and race organizations regarding scheduling and modifications as directed
  • Support the secretarial needs of the coaching staff
  • Facilitate the smooth operation of the Innkeeper Series
  • Participate in management training sessions
  • Assist departmental needs during competitive events

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in computer applications with spreadsheet capabilities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with The Split Second Timing System and support for competitive events
  • Knowledge of the NASTAR System
  • Understanding of various competitive programs
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • Ability to ski or snowboard at an advanced level

Physical Requirements:

  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Prerequisites:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
