Production Supervisor Assistant

As a key member of our production team, the Assistant Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual will assist in establishing production priorities, overseeing production processes, and collaborating with management personnel to achieve effective operations and cost factors.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with management to establish production and quality control standards, and assist in obtaining data regarding product specifications and delivery dates.
- Assist in coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize production and resource utilization.
- Review and discuss production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production metrics and complete monthly reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that production employees adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
