Production Supervisor Assistant

As a key member of our production team, the Assistant Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual will work closely with the production supervisor to establish production priorities, optimize production workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with management to establish production standards and quality control protocols.
- Assist in coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Review and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor production metrics and develop strategies to reduce defects and improve overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Proven track record of successful change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a production or operations role.
