Job Summary

As a key member of our production team, the Assistant Production Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. This individual will work closely with the production supervisor to establish production priorities, optimize production workflows, and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to establish production standards and quality control procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control teams to achieve optimal production and resource utilization.
  • Review and analyze production reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to reduce scrap and improve efficiency.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of global logistics operations and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and e-mail skills.
