Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and service technicians. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external clients;
- Organizing, prioritizing, and completing daily tasks and special projects;
- Facilitating accounts receivable and collection efforts;
- Managing administrative tasks and requests;
- Proactively following up with customers in a timely manner;
- Providing accurate service and promotional information;
- Maintaining precise records using customer service software applications;
- Collaborating with management to align expectations and meet deadlines;
- Assisting in the scheduling of service routes;
- Generating accurate and timely reports;
- Ensuring completion of work and satisfaction of results;
- Aiding in the training of new team members as needed;
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Must be at least 18 years old;
- Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, professional demeanor;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities;

- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
