- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; patience, empathy, and understanding when interacting with clients and families.
- Certifications and Training: Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain any necessary certifications or training as required by the company or regulatory agencies.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16-$18, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
