Position Overview: We are in search of a self-driven and operationally focused individual to join our Client Operations Team. This team is responsible for monitoring client holdings and transactions, reconciling portfolio data, processing activities with custodians, and facilitating reporting.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monthly Reconciliation: Involves the integration and validation of data from various sources, both manual and automated, on a monthly basis.
  • Information Management: Ensure proper setup of ACD feeds, portal access, and physical statements. Oversee communication traffic to and from the firm.
  • Reporting Duties: Develop and sustain all internal client reports, addressing requests for new reports and modifications as needed. Conduct quality assurance checks on reports prior to client distribution.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute and maintain a comprehensive checklist, including procedures for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Conduct research and data analysis; address inquiries regarding reports, variances, and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile Advent APX data feeds and ensure all values are accurate on a monthly basis.
  • Organize and archive account statements for compliance purposes.
  • Input account statements that cannot be received electronically.
  • Document production challenges and collaborate with service providers to resolve issues.
  • Oversee the client database: manage client and account setup, as well as position and transaction details.
  • Create and maintain exceptions for data reconciliations and alerts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Advent APX or similar enterprise portfolio accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft SharePoint is desirable.
  • Strong customer service orientation, confidentiality, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with diverse personalities.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.; Gresham Partners is unable to sponsor visas for this role.
