About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at Instawork. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue for our top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our largest clients
  • Own growth and retention metrics for a portfolio of customer accounts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business results and drive impact
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Salesforce and other sales tools
