Customer Service Engineer 2 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Engineer 2 to join our team at Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites
  • Install and modify imaging equipment as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of field service experience
  • Strong electronics background and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
