Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Kahlig Auto Group. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a great client experience while creating client advocates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Consultants and Sales Managers in sales functions, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Help with out-of-town deliveries, ensuring a successful and completely satisfied orientation experience for our clients.
  • Assist sales management in monitoring client traffic in the showroom, welcoming clients, and providing assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Internet Coordinator to photograph vehicles for listings, ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  • Provide in-vehicle technology support and answer customer questions, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.
  • Make follow-up phone calls and emails to recent sales customers to ensure complete client satisfaction, as assigned by sales management.
  • Attend weekly department meetings as appropriate, staying informed and engaged with the team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college or college degree preferred.
  • Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable and have the ability to drive a standard transmission).
